    Return & Refund Policy

    If you're not satisfied with your purchase from our store, you may be eligible to return it and receive a refund by following our simple return process.

    3. Click "Return/Refund", choose the items and reason for return, and provide any required info.
    4. If a physical return is not needed, select your refund method and submit.
    5. If a return is required, you'll be responsible for shipping the items back using any courier. Be sure to include tracking info.
    6. You can track your refund status in your order details or via email notifications.

    Please note: your return must be postmarked within 7 days after submitting your return request.

    Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your return. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

    6. Important Notes

    • Do not return items to the original shipping address — use the return address provided during the return process.
    • Do not include any unintended items in the return package — we may not be able to recover them.
